We got a cabinet from some friends that were moving. I love the cabinet but it looks so bland in our kitchen. We are renting and as such can not paint the walls to rather then having white walls and a white cabinet I decided to have some fun and add some much needed color to my kitchen. Sorry but there is no before picture.
Here is what i did and how i did it.
DIY Magnetic Cabinet
Step 1: Remove door, it makes it a lot easier.
Step 2: Tape the door, I did this so I would not get the paint where I did not want it because I am messy.
Step 3: Grab your magnetic paint and follow the directions on the box. I recommend doing more layers then what they say otherwise the magnets do not stick well. I did about 6 to 7 layers

I used this magnetic primer i found at Home Depot
Step 4: After it dried I added a stencil to the black to give it some color.
Step 5: Remove tape and re attach door, this may have been the hardest part lol.
